Road Safety Awareness Lecture

A Road Safety Awareness Activity was successfully organized by Road safety club of GDC Bishnah with the objective of educating students about traffic rules, road safety measures, and the importance of responsible behaviour on roads. The activity was conducted under the patronage of the Principal of the College, Dr. Shallu Samyal.
The program included an awareness lecture on traffic signs, traffic rules, and road safety precautions. Students were informed about various traffic symbols, signals, and regulations that help in preventing road accidents. Emphasis was laid on following speed limits, using helmets and seat belts, obeying traffic signals, and practicing safe pedestrian behaviour.
Students actively participated in the activity and showed keen interest throughout the session. Interactive discussions helped students understand real-life traffic situations and the consequences of violating traffic rules. The session played an important role in making students more aware and responsible road users.
The activity was coordinated by Dr. Sapna Bhargav and was successfully assisted by Dr.Shiv and Dr. Sunil, whose support contributed to the smooth conduct of the program.
